Members to be reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have any interest in the items to be discussed during this meeting in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct. Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

(a) Advice Clinic

To note that Citizens Advice have agreed to the suggestion to hold an advice ‘clinic' in Widecombe.

Members now to discuss and agree how this will operate.

(b) Parish Field

(i) To accept the quotation from South West Water to connect the field to the mains supply

(ii) Grazing licence: to agree the process for considering tenders and approve the wording of the licence itself

(c) Coronation

To discuss plans to celebrate this event

Appeal against DNPA’s decision to grant a Certificate of Lawfulness for use of building as a rural worker’s dwelling

(The Parish Council has been notified of this appeal but has not been invited to comment further)

Hanging slate to the East and North elevations
