Councillors are reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and
to declare any disclosable interests, including the nature and extent of such interests they have in any items to
be considered at this meeting. Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if
there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

(a) Widecombe Village Hall Steering Group - to receive an update from Yvette Elliot and a request for the
Parish Council to agree in principle to taking out a loan with the PWLB in order to further this project
(b) Grant applications (s.137 LGA 1972) - to consider applications from:
(i) St Pancras PCC
(ii) Widecombe Village Hall Steering Group
(c) Parish Field fencing and maintenance - to receive quotations
(d) Community Housing Project - to receive an update from Cllr Hassell
(e) Maintenance of hedge and bank adjacent to leat opposite tennis court - to agree action, if any
(f) EE rural micro cell project - clerk to update
(g) Consideration of registration of unregistered parcels of land in the parish - Cllr Fenton to report
(h) BBC filming request in the parish – to confirm arrangements which have been made
(i) Widecombe Village Sign - to confirm the arrangements which have been made for cleaning the sign
