(a) Affordable housing (Brook Lane Cottages) – to receive a response from Hastoe Housing
(b) Bench outside National Trust shop – to receive confirmation of funding and to agree how the bench shall be fixed to the ground etc
(c) Sandbag Store – to receive a response from TDC
(d) Elector Fund – to consider a letter from Bovey Tracey Town Council asking for support towards the regeneration of Bovey Tracey town centre through the Elector Fund (this year £1.55 per elector)

(This follows the withdrawal of the previous application 0494/13)

Appeal against refusal of full planning permission and listed building consent
(b) Decisions
(i) 13/0032 – Proposed tree works, The Old Rectory, Widecombe-in-the-Moor
To note that DNPA has not protected the tree with a Tree Preservation Order
