Members to be reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have any interest in the items to be discussed during this meeting in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct. Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

(iii) To consider a request from the pre-school for permission to install a small, wooden, outdoor shelter in the pre-school section of the parish field (subject to any relevant planning permission)

(b) Farming in Protected Landscapes funding

To receive a report and update on completed and outstanding works

(c) Devon Air Ambulance Night Landing Site

To receive correspondence from a resident offering up their field as a landing site

Single storey extension for utility/plant room

To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission

  • Clerk’s salary and disbursements - £277.37
  • C Partridge - £314.30 (trees and wildflower mix)
  • Church House (hire of hall April 2023-March 2024 2023) - £50

To agree format and content of meeting on 22 May 2024 in Church House
