Members to be reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have any interest in the items to be discussed during this meeting in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct. Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

To receive correspondence from Roger Claxton about the future of the website and agree how the Parish Council wishes to proceed

To note the income and expenditure to date

(c) Farming in Protected Landscapes funding application

To note that the application for works on and around the Village Green has been successful and to agree the programme of works

(d) North Hall underlease between the Parish Council and WDSG

To continue discussions and consider options for the future management of North Hall field
