Before the meeting there will be a presentation by Matt Barrow, Engagement Officer, Connecting Devon and Somerset, who will give an overview of the delivery of superfast broadband on Dartmoor by Worcester-based Airband, a specialist in high speed wireless broadband for rural areas.

9.1 Annual Walkabout - to note items and agree actions arising from the walkabout
9.2 Grant request - to receive an application for funding from St John the Baptist, Leusdon, towards (i) the cost of maintaining the graveyard and (ii) ongoing maintenance and repair costs
9.3 Widecombe Fair 2016 - to agree the Parish Council’s contribution towards this year’s costs
9.4 Defibrillator - to receive a report and update
9.5 New Village Hall proposal - to receive a report of a meeting held on 23 May and to confirm next steps
9.6 Annual Funday, St John the Baptist, Leusdon - Request to use the village green on Tuesday 9th  August

10.3.1 0154/16 - Installation of mobile telecommunications and ancillary equipment involving the erection of 12m high telegraph pole with eight consumer antennae and four backhaul radio antennae at Primms Cottage, Poundsgate

10.3.2 To receive correspondence from DNPA regarding the lack of sites to accommodate a transmitter to enable superfast broadband in Widecombe
11. FINANCE AND GOVERNANCE
11.1 To receive and approve payments for approval:

1.2 To note and accept the new NALC and SLCC pay scales for 2016-18 which have increased pay scale points by 1% with effect from 1 April 2016
