To comment on the proposed removal of the payphone in Widecombe 6.1.2.2 0372/19 – Replacement roof coverings and temporary installation of two bat boxes at Higher Uppacott, Poundsgate
6.1.2.3 0381/19 – Erection of two general purpose agricultural barns (13.5x13.5m) with hardstanding and painted Devon bank at Higher Sherwell Farm, Poundsgate
6.1.2.4 0357/19 – Change of use of land for domestic curtilage at Middle Cator Farm, Widecombe-in-the-Moor
6.1.3 Planning Decisions/Withdrawals

6.3.1 Parish Vote
6.3.1.1 To delegate a Parish Poll sub-committee powers to decide format and details of the parish vote 6.3.1.2 To agree that vote will only be by post and will be one vote per household in line with the way Council Tax is paid 6.3.1.3 To agree dates for voting process as follows:
- Wednesday 23 October send out voting cards and factsheet
- Friday 8 November – deadline for requesting postal vote
- Saturday 9 and Tuesday 12 November drop in sessions/open meetings
- 28 November – Deadline for votes to be received
- 5 December – Result announced by returning officer at Parish Council Meeting 6.3.1.4 To appoint Sarah Parker-Khan as Returning Officer 6.3.1.5 To move the January meeting to the first Thursday in December to allow vote result to be announced.
